I understand that final payments are due 30 days prior to departure. I am aware that a deposit and additional payments are required until the full balance of my trip has been paid. On the contrary, in the event my travel falls within a 30 day frame from my departure date, I am responsible to provide full payment at the time of confirmation.*
I understand that I have 10 days from the date I receive my quote to make a decision by submitting a deposit or full payment. This ensures that my rates and availability are secured. If no action is taken within this timeframe, my quote will be closed, and I will need to resubmit a new inquiry to confirm updated rates and availability.*
I confirm that I understand this planning service will incur a non-refundable & non-transferrable fee that will not be applied toward the payment of my trip. I also understand and agree that all package sales are final. Furthermore, if I were to book and later decide to cancel this service, this fee will be retained to compensate for the spent time for consultation, research, pricing, and support towards my travel experience.
