    2024 END OF YEAR REPORT

  • The GMC movement is making history and each of our Trinity Conference family of churches is an integral part of what God is doing.  To record our history and to encourage and celebrate milestones as well as recognize challenges, this report is designed to record the basic ministry benchmarks.  Our goal is that EVERY church in our conference complete this form before JANUARY 30, 2025.

    Before you get started, this is the information you will need to gather:

    1. 2023 End of Year report (if your church submitted one).

    2. Most recent church/charge conference report.

    3. Church membership records.

    4. Ministry records your church may be keeping. 

    5. Local and/or foreign mission participation.

    6.  Yes/no answer to whether your pastor(s) have had an assessement by the SPRC in the last year.

    7. 12/31/24 Annual Operating Income Total

    This form will allow you to save your work and return to complete it later, however, we recommend completing and submitting the form in one sitting to ensure our receipt of your completed report. 

    Clergy compensation is not included in this report. It is now part of the church/charge conference report.

  • OPERATING INCOME INCLUDES:
    giving from identified and not identified donors; investment income utilized for operations; building use fees and rental income; other unrestricted operating income.

  • OPERATING INCOME DOES NOT INCLUDE:
    benevolences to outside ministries supported by the local church; capital campaign receipts; borrowed funds; fundraisers for non-operating expenses; receipts for reduction to indebtedness; memorials; endowments; restricted bequests; receipts for GMC special mission programs; grants; support from other organizations; sale of land; or other church assets; any other non-operating income received.

  • PART 3 — CHURCH LAY DELEGATES

  • Lay Delegates
    To properly credential your lay delegates to vote in the 2025 Trinity Annual Conference and any 2025 Special Called Trinity Annual Conferences if any, it is necessary to register those lay delegates elected in your lastest Church/Charge conference.  


    Lay Delegates will equal the number of appointed clergy persons (Active Status) your church has including Deacons, Elders, Supply Pastors, and Transitional Local Pastors (TLP). If none are appointed, please report the name of one individual because all churches will get at least one Lay Delegate.

    Please do not include alternate delegates. Alternates require additional paperwork to be processed.

    If your church has more than 7 Lay Delegates, please email scarter@trinitygmc.org to report the full list.
