This fee covers our time and effort in design your ideal trip and ensures we dedicate focused energy to creating a seamless, tailored journey that exceeds your expectations.

This retainer covers our dedicated time to craft your personalized trip, making sure it’s perfectly aligned with your passions. Active and retired military, police, firefighters, EMTs, educators, nurses, and hospital workers receive a 50% credit toward their trip’s total cost!

Quoting and Booking

We’ll send your personalized quote via email. Once we’ve finalized your itinerary, you’ll receive an invoice for review and approval. To secure your travel dates and rates — which are not guaranteed until we receive your payment — please settle the invoice promptly.
