ASYNCHRONOUS MEDICAL SERVICE

Our services are often delivered asynchronously, meaning you send messages/forms/requests/questions and our team (including medical doctors) review and respond.

You are entitled to schedule a live video consultation with our medical staff at any time if you prefer live service.

Asynchronous service is safe and legal. In most case our team will process your prescription same-day so that you receive your medication typically within 3-10 business days. Please monitor your email and phone (text and voice calls) as we may reach out to you with urgent questions regarding your care.

SHIPMENT BILLING - NOT AUTOMATIC

You are only billed when ordering a shipment of medication, the shipment cost includes all services/fees associated of doctor review, 1 telehealth appt, back-office processing, and delivery of your medication through our network of independent compounding pharmacy partners.

You must request refills, you will not be automatically billed for refill shipments. You must use the order form to request a refill.

HIPAA, Confidentiality, Privacy, and Electronic Commnications

We take your privacy very seriously. All of our systems are setup with encryption. In order to be most efficient we need to make use of modern communication tools including email, cell phone calls, zoom and other video conference tools, and text messages. By continuing to use our service you agree to receive communicate through these common forms of electronic communication and you'll join us in making every effort to keep these communications secure.

Accuracy of Information

Information you provide will be compared to prescription databases that are maintained by the government, insurance companies, and pharmacy networks. Inaccuracies and/or inconsistencies may result in refusal of treatment.

Orders placed by 4pm EST (Monday thru Friday) will be processed and shipped witin 2 business days.

Normal shipping speed is UPS 2nd Day Air ( which will arrive approx 4 business days after you order ).

Example 1: Orders placed Monday before 4pm EST, with medical intake completed before 4pm EST, will be reviewed by a doctor and if approved, will ship by Wednesday and and arrive 2 business days later on Friday.

Example 2: Orders placed Friday before 4pm EST, with medical intake completed before 4pm EST, will be reviewed by a doctor and if approved, will ship by Tuesday of the following week and arrive 2 business days later on Thursday.

Upgrade to Overnight Shipping: Shipments will arrive one business day faster..

ALL orders placed on the weekend will be processed/shipped by Wednesday. Default shipping method is always 2nd Day Air. So an order placed Saturday would normally be processed/shipped by Wednesday and arrive by Friday.
