Bloom Baking Company Order Form

The following bakery items are currently available to order. View descriptions and more information at www.bloom-baking.com.

All pre-orders require a **4-day lead time**.

To place your order:

1. Check the box in the upper left corner of the items you wish to order.
2. Enter your credit card information, as well as name, email, and phone number.
3. Pick your desired pickup date and time.
4. Enter any special instructions.
5. Agree to the Terms & Conditions.
6. Verify that you have checked the box for your bakery item/s. 
7. Review your order.
8. Click Submit.

Once your order is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the address for pickup.
