Bloom Baking Company Order Form

The following bakery items are currently available to order. View descriptions and more information at www.bloom-baking.com.

**Important Note:** All pre-orders require a **4-day lead time**.

Holiday orders may require additional time, so please plan ahead to ensure availability!

To place your order:

1. Check the box in the upper left corner of the item you wish to order.
2. Enter your credit card information, as well as name, email, and phone number.
3. Pick your desired pickup date and time.
4. Enter any special instructions.
5. Agree to the Terms & Conditions.
6. Verify that you have checked the box for your bakery item/s. 
7. Review your order.
8. Click Submit.
