Education

We host multiple training classes in salon with Paul Mitchell Top Artists from all over the world. Focusing on haircutting, coloring techniques and specialty colors. We also have individualized training in any area that you may need.

Compensation

Competitive hourly salary or 50% commission whichever is greater. After five years of continued service commission goes to 55%.

Vacation

2 weeks paid vacation after 1 full year of service and paid by your average for the year.
