Inoperable / Covered Vehicles: Covenants 9.11- No Owner shall park or store an inoperative or abandoned vehicle or automobile on any lot or on the streets in the Property#:
Parking/ Storage of Prohibited Vehicles: Guidelines Page 2- No boats, recreation vehicles or trailer shall be parked within the common areas or the right of way of any street in or adjacent to the property. Window style changes, Storage Pods, Major Landscaping, Deck and Patio changes, Fences, Exterior Color changes, Mailbox, Mailbox Post, Exterior Light Fixtures, Shed, Tree Removal and Architectural changes to the house that affect the exterior appearance.
