Cost Report
Upload a detailed cost report accounting for how you spent the funds distributed to your project from CCEA between January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. This should be an Excel spreadsheet. A template can be downloaded here.
The total on the cost report should equal the amount on the 1099 CCEA has sent you for the corresponding year. Please explain any discrepancies.
If you did not receive funds from CCEA during the past calendar year there is no need to submit a cost report.
