  • Booking Policies

    Cancellation Policy:
    You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time without penalty. I kindly ask that you provide notice if you cannot make your appointment, as cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice affect both my time and other clients' availability.

    No Call, No Shows:
    Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be required to pay a 50% deposit for any future bookings. This helps ensure that time is respected for both clients and practitioners.

    Late Arrival Policy:
    If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. However, the full session price will still apply.

    Health Considerations:
    Please inform me of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, or injuries prior to your session. Your safety and well-being are a priority, and adjustments may be made to ensure a safe and effective treatment.

    Sickness Policy:
    If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment for a later date. This ensures the health and safety of all clients.

    Refund Policy:
    All sales and services are final. No refunds will be issued for completed sessions. Deposits for missed appointments are non-refundable.

    Payment Terms:
    Payments are due at the time of service. I currently accept cash and mobile payments only (e.g., Venmo, Zelle, etc.).

    Gift Certificates and Packages:
    Gift certificates and prepaid packages are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.

    Respect for Time:
    I do not store credit card information, so I rely on everyone to respect each other’s time. Your courtesy in keeping appointments or canceling with proper notice is greatly appreciated to allow others the opportunity to book sessions.
