    • We are seeking interest from soloists, duos, bands, and music groups who would like to entertain at upcoming live music events, supported by Gold Coast Sounds.
    • Please complete your expression of interest below and your submission will be considered alongside the promoter or client.

    Please note:

    • Events will vary in day, time, size, and location but are primarily within the Gold Coast region.
    • There is no deadline for submitting an expression of interest as ‘event opportunities’ are all year round.
    • Due to the overwhelming number of artists who apply and the nature of programming and time available, we are unable to offer all musicians an opportunity to perform. But by completing the form, we can provide your information easily to different promoters and clients, and the various opportunities available.

    • This 'Online Form' can be 'saved' but it's best to ensure you complete in one attempt to reduce any IT or form update issues. It is estimated it will take 5 minutes to complete.

  • PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS

  • General PA equipment is provided at all events.

    This includes speakers, subs, monitors, microphones, DI's and stands. NO BACKLINE IS INCLUDED.

    • At "small events" (where the vibe is relaxed and production is limited) we DO NOT provide Audio Technician(s) or sound support. If you require support or crew as part of your performance, please bring along.
    • At "medium" or "large" events, there will be production support and/or sound engineers. These events are likely to require stage layouts submitted prior to the day to ensure available stage space and minimal changeover times, plus a short soundcheck 'on the day' before the event commences.
    • At all events, you will need to supply your own instruments, drum kits/mat, guitars, keyboards, amplifiers/dj decks, cables if required. If you have an acoustic guitar, please ensure it has pickup jack leads.

  • FEES

    Event(s) and Promoter(s) all have different requirements and budgets for playing performances. Gold Coast Sound supported events are small local live 'music in the park' style sessions. There are no provisions for hospitality, accommodation OR transport.
    • Sets ranges from 45mins up to 75mins depending on program requirements.
    • Please advise your costs below so this can be included when revieiwng your 'expression of interest' with the promoter(s).
