Number of people purchasing tickets for (after filling out this form purchase your tickets by going to our website and clicking on the Little Ballers Harlem Globetrotters Events tab). Select the blue “purchase ticket” box. You do not have to pay for tickets for children that are 24 months old and younger. Kids in this age category will have to sit on your lap during the game. Tickets will be in the lower bowl section behind the basketball nets. The game is on January 5th at 3:00pm at the Canada Life Centre. Tickets cost $41.00/person (taxes included)

Do you want your child to participate in the Court of Dreams pregame activity? (This is the pregame activity which happens 30 minutes before the game starts) This is for those in the Mini Baller & Big Baller age categories 3.5-8 years old. Only the first 20 kids that purchase tickets will be given opportunity to participate. Kids will be led through a workout by Little Ballers coaches!! *Note If you indicate that you’d like your child to participate in any of the extra events, they may still not be able to participate due to the event(s) being sold out!! The activities display “sold out” only when you go to add them to your cart when you are in the process of purchasing your tickets. If any of the activities display the “sold out” message then unfortunately all 20 spots have been taken!

If your child or children plan to attend the clinic please write their first and last names below and write which age group they will be a part of (mini baller 3.5 to 5 years old or big baller 5 to 8 years old). I.e. Sam Dribbler - mini baller. The clinic is $30.00+gst/child at Balmoral Hall School. The times will be from 10:30am to noon and 12:30pm to 2:00pm on January 4th.
We want to place an order for winter hats this year but we need your help to determine what quantity to order. The picture above is a sample of what our toques will look like. They will come in two colours and two sizes: Baby/Child (ages 1 -4) and Youth/Adult. They will sell for $20.00 to 25.00 each+shipping!! Please fill in the chart below so we can make our tally chart and place our order. We will send an email out when they are available for purchase on our store. We hope to have them arrive well before Christmas so you can also give them pit as Christmas gifts.
