Vendor spaces (10' x 10') will be located inside our barn at 4690 Shephards Road, Cazenovia, NY. The event will take place on Saturday, July 11th and Sunday, July 12th 2026, 10am - 4pm each day. Setup times are either Friday, 7/10/26 from 4PM-7PM or Saturday 7/11/26 from 6:30AM-8:30AM. All vendors must be setup by 9AM on 7/11/26. This event is rain or shine and all vendors will be located inside the barn. No vendor tents will be outside with the exception of free-standing food trucks. Vendors are expected to vend both days, no requests for single-day booths will be accepted. Vendor insurance is required.
The 2026 Cazenovia Lavender Festival will highlight our lavender farm and products along with many other local Artisans, Classes, Music and Food Trucks.

We expect 2000+ people to attend. (The 2024 and 2025 Festivals brought in over 2500 people.) Pre-ticket sales will be offered so we will have a good idea how many people are coming beforehand, ticket sales will also be offered at the gate.

The Application/Jury Fee is $10 and is non-refundable.

Applications are due by March 28, 2026. The Festival Committee will review applications and respond with decisions by May 1st, 2026.

If selected, a $180 booth rental fee invoice will be issued and due by May 9, 2026. Insurance information will also be due at that time. Electricity is available for an additional $15 per booth.

Please submit two photos that represent your work and one photo of your booth display.

All items displayed must be the work of the applicant. We will be limiting the amount of candle makers, jewelry, soap and skin care products in our show.

Forms that are not completely filled will not be accepted. Spaces will be assigned in the order applications are recieved. Returning vendors will have the option to keep their prior year location.

Complete the vendor application form, and submit application fee. Our team will review materials and provide decisions by 5/1/26. Upon approval, you'll receive confirmation and all the details you need for the upcoming two-day craft fair, including an invoice for the vendor booth fee. Booth fees must be paid in full by 5/9/26 or your space is forfeited. Vendors will be evaluated based on craft category and images provided/links.
