The 2024 sARL Annual General Meeting (AGM) and awards banquet will be held at the Debert Hospitably Center, in Debert Saturday Nov. 23rd.
The AGM will be held Nov. 23rd from 2:30pm until approximately 4:30pm. The dinner and awards banquet will begin at 6:00 pm, with cash bar open at 5 pm. You do not have to purchase a banquet ticket if you only want to attend the AGM.
Buffet to include: Chefs Salad Bar (pasta & garden), Oven Roasted Turkey, Butter Whipped Potatoes, Savoury Bread Dressing, Honey Glazed Carrots, Rich Pan Gravy, Asst pick trays, Warm Dinner Rolls, Warm Apple Crisp, Coffee, Tea & Water.
Cost for banquet will be $20 Tax-incl per person – advance purchase- to help offset the cost of the banquet. We need tickets to be purchased ASAP and before November 8th such that we can let the facility know the approximate numbers for food. If for some reason you cannot access the link to pay for the ticket (see below) please email treasurer@atlanticroadracing.com and indicate how many people will be attending. Tickets will be $25 per person at the banquet if not purchased in advance and meal is not guaranteed without advance notice.
For accommodations, they have in-facility condos that have multiple bedrooms in each. Bedrooms have different options for beds, some are single queen, some are 2 doubles, and some are 1 double and a twin. There is a common living room with couch and chairs in each condo along with fridge and microwave.
*** It is fully expected that everyone respect the facilities, staff, and guests from other groups and that you do not damage the premises. If you cannot do this, please do not plan to stay overnight.
Alcohol is permitted in rooms as well as cash bar available in the banquet room. Alcohol cannot be carried between condo rooms and the banquet. Please ensure this rule is respected.
Rooms are $80.44 Tax-incl per person, based on double occupancy. If more than double occupancy per room, a small additional charge will be applied. People can reserve a room by calling Gail Taylor directly at (902)324-4245. The facility will group people in condos as requested when you call.
If there are approximately 20 people interested in breakfast the next morning they will bring staff in to prepare a buffet breakfast also. Cost would be $17.19 Tax-incl per person and would be paid at the facility. Let them know you are interested in breakfast when reserving your room.
