This Backdrop and Stand Rental Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between We've Got Your Back ... Drop, located in Saint John, NB.

1. Rental Items: The Owner agrees to rent to the Renter the backdrop(s) and/or other supplies checked off in the form above.

2. Rental Period: The rental period shall commence on {rentalStart} and terminate on {rentalEnd}. The Renter agrees to return all rented items to the Owner by {rentalEnd} at the latest or be charged for the extra days.

3. Rental Fee: The Renter agrees to pay the Owner the sum of the rental fee as laid out in the invoice. Payment shall be made in full prior to or upon the commencement of the rental period.

4. Security Deposit: The Renter shall provide a security deposit of $10 to the Owner upon signing this Agreement. The security deposit will be refunded to the Renter upon satisfactory inspection of the rented items upon their return. If the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the rental date this deposit is non-refundable.

5. Care and Maintenance: The Renter agrees to use the rented items with care and in accordance with any instructions provided by the Owner. The Renter shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the rented items during the rental period.

6. Liability: The Renter assumes all liability for the use of the rented items and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the Renter's use of the rented items.

7. Inspection and Return: The Owner reserves the right to inspect the rented items upon their return. The Renter agrees to return all rented items in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.

8. Termination: The Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and reclaim possession of the rented items if the Renter breaches any terms of this Agreement or fails to make payment as agreed.

9. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Brunswick, Canada.

10. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Owner and the Renter and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

11. Signature: By signing below, the parties acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms of this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
