The undersigned agrees to the following:
1) All sponsorship recognition programs and content must be evaluated and approved by the Head of School and Business Office, in their exclusive discretion, to ensure that such programs and content do not constitute unrelated business income and are not otherwise objectionable. Examples of content that could result in unrelated business income include qualitative statements such as, “lowest prices in town!”
2) Sponsorships will not be accepted, and approved sponsorship may be removed if, in the exclusive discretion of the Head of School or Board of Trustees, the reputation, activities, associations or affiliations of the sponsoring entity is or becomes contrary or detrimental to the standards or mission of NCS or to the Biblical principles which guide NCS.
3) NCS retains the right to remove any sponsorship recognition at any time if the President or the Board believes such removal is in the best interest of the school.
