    Your personal reference should be a Christian adult who is not related to you and has known you for at least a year.

    We will do our best to assign you to one of your top choices if you are accepted, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. Descriptions of the various positions can be found at https://www.silverbirchranch.org/summer-staff.
