Thank you for participating in the 2024 Holiday Sale Unframed Room.

Please note, we are limited to 12 spots on a first come, first served basis. There will be a wait list should there be a cancellation.

The Unframed Room in the Fireside Lounge will be shared by BFAA and LATOW. Our Guild has been allocated four six-foot tables for our members to sell unframed work. Your work will be displayed in an approximate two-foot space on tables using allocated display holders that will be supplied by BFAA for larger matted original prints and for art cards.

• Formats can include ink, watercolours, pastels, acrylics, mix-media etc.
• Cards can be displayed on the table tops as well.
• Larger stretched canvases are not permitted, maximum size for art in display stands is 11 x 14 inches.
• All matted work must be original, with no reproductions accepted. The minimum price for all matted work and small works on paper with small frame is $25.
• Greeting cards may be reproductions of original artwork. Minimum price $8
  for original art cards and $5 per reproduction cards.

The Burlington Fine Arts Association and The AGB are not responsible for the loss of or damage to the submitted artworks.

The entrance fee is $15 and there is a commission of 20% on the sales. There is no additional fee if you are already participating in the Main Room.

Conditions of Entry - Please read carefully prior to submitting 

1. This call is open to all Burlington Fine Arts Association members in good standing.  The work must be suitable for presentation in a public space, for all ages (i.e., artwork may not contain profanity, hate speech, etc.).
2. Art not picked up on the pickup date will be left at the artist’s risk in the Fine Arts Studio. Neither the BFAA nor AGB is responsible for the loss of or damage to the submitted artworks. If you are not able to pick up your work yourself, please arrange to have a friend or family member do so, but kindly notify the Coordinators prior to the day of pickup.
3. The artist acknowledges that the BFAA and its representatives will not be responsible for theft, or loss of, or damage to artwork; however, all reasonable care to safeguard the works will be taken while entries are in the Art Gallery of Burlington.
4. It is highly recommended that each individual artist obtains personal insurance for the Sale to cover potential damage to the art caused by accident, act, omission or by intentional act of the AGB or a third party. The artist should ensure that the insurance covers the work(s) for the duration of the sale, exhibition, installation and take down.

Each person in the sale will be assigned a sales code, which has to be entered into the Square cash system. Price stickers with artists individual codes will be printed in a timely manner and distributed to participants, in order for you to then price your work with the coded stickers so you get paid properly.

You will be supplied with up to 250 price stickers preprinted with your unique sales code that must appear on all of your sale items. This will include all individual items like greeting cards, unframed works, etc

Please note we will be utilizing the same sales codes as the Spring Sale. If you do not have one assigned, we will assign you a new code.
