For the Resident/Future Resident:

STEP 6 - Share this information with a Director and/or Activity Coordinator. Ask them what consistent roles they offer that align with your loved one's attributes.

*This can take place while visiting a facility for the first time or while visiting your loved one who is already an established resident.
