Vvolt Trade Up Program Application
Please ensure you understand the terms and conditions of this trade up application. Trade Up credits are issued at the discretion of Vvolt. Original owners only; you must be able to provide documentation of purchase. The returned ebike must be fully functional with no dents in frame. Cosmetic damage is acceptable, though major damage may affect the trade-up value. Valid serial number and photos of bike required. The customer is responsible for boxing and dropping bike at UPS or FedEx location. A $90 return shipping fee applies. Credit will be offered within 5 days of application.
