  • Based on the Surgeon General’s 2022 Report on Workplace Wellness and Mental Health, this cohort program aims to enhance employee well-being through five essential areas: protection from harm, connection and community, work-life harmony, mattering at work, and opportunities for growth. Each session is designed to provide practical tools and strategies for fostering a healthier, more supportive workplace culture. 

    The cohort will be limited to 12 people.
