Video Testimonial Agreement & Uploading Form

This agreement outlines a mutually beneficial partnership between clients and Sincerely Ginger Jewelry. By providing testimonials, clients contribute to our marketing efforts while retaining control over their content. We respect your right to privacy and will honor requests for content removal at any time. Your participation helps us showcase authentic experiences, benefiting both our brand and future customers. By adhering to the video requirements and this agreement, you play a crucial role in our shared success. We value your trust and look forward to featuring your unique story. By giving a testimonial, the customer allows Sincerely Ginger Jewelry to use it for all marketing purposes and adapt it (e.g. website, social media, ads). The customer agrees to let Sincerely Ginger Jewelry edit the video for length and key points. The customer also permits Sincerely Ginger Jewelry to include the video with other testimonials. The customer agrees to meet all video testimonial requirements as outlined below. Sincerely Ginger Jewelry commits to removing the testimonial at any time if asked. Sincerely Ginger Jewelry reserves the right to remove testimonials at any time and for any reason. These rules ensure clear expectations for both parties regarding testimonial use and rights. By submitting you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

Requirements:

1. High-definition video
2. Quiet background (for example, no barking dogs, screaming children, or music)
3. Video must not show children
4. No scripted responses – we want the real you!
5. A complete story with at least these three talking points: tell us about the impact of your jewelry, why you purchased it, and if you'd recommend it
6. Show the beautiful jewelry
7. Video must be between 30-90 seconds (the longer the better!)
