*Each Car entrant will receive a total of 2 personalised Badges Per Car and 2 Guest Passes.

*Each Motorbike/Scooter Entrant will recieve 1 Personalised Badge Per Motorbike/Scooter and 1 Guest Pass.

*Please ensure that the information provided is accurate, as it will be reflected in all official concours information, Car Details, and judging documentation.

Please provide a detailed vehicle history writeup of at least 500 words, covering the vehicle’s significance, historical background, ownership lineage, and any captivating stories associated with the vehicle. Please emphasize on technical innovations, distinctive design elements, provenance, and restoration details. This information is crucial for both the Selection Process and Judging Process, as it will be thoroughly inspected by the 21 Gun Salute Selection Committee and the esteemed 21 Gun Salute ICJAG International Jury. 

 

Additionally, please submit any relevant certificates, Factory Spec Sheets, Bill Sheets, or other supporting documentation to ensure a comprehensive review of your vehicle.

Please provide at least 10 high-resolution images of your vehicle with a clear backdrop to ensure all details are fully visible. The required images must include:

• Detailed exterior picture
• Detailed interior picture
• Engine bay picture
• Engine number picture
• Chassis number picture

Once your entry is submitted with all the required details, it will undergo a thorough review by the 21 Gun Salute Selection Committee. After careful inspection, the committee will determine if your vehicle qualifies for participation in the 11th edition of the 21 Gun Salute Concours d'Elegance. If selected, you will receive a congratulatory email with further important details regarding your participation.
