ABOUT THE FOUNDER/CEO

Darryl Jacobs is a seasoned sports executive, business development leader, and nationally recognized broadcaster with a distinguished career spanning in professional sports, corporate partnerships, collegiate athletics, and media. A proven strategist in revenue generation, branding and organizational growth, he has led high-performing teams, secured multi-million-dollar partnerships, and driven business success across various sectors.
As a former team president in the Entertainment Football League Association (Professional Arena Football) now a consultant, Darryl has overseen strategic planning, revenue growth, operations, and brand development, securing key sponsorships and fostering community engagement. Previously, as Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships & Business Development, he forged strategic alliances, expanded corporate sponsorship revenue, and strengthened partnerships with professional sports organizations, including the Denver Nuggets, Denver Broncos, and Colorado Rockies.
Darryl's expertise extends to sports technology and sales. He served as Executive Vice President at MyPlay USA, leading national sales efforts and securing major sports analytics clients. With over 20 years in collegiate athletics, he spearheaded fundraising campaigns, secured six-figure naming rights deals, and built lasting corporate partnerships.
Beyond sports management, Darryl is a nationally recognized College Basketball Commentator/Analyst for ESPN, CBS Sports Networks, NBA TV and a sports journalist covering major events such as the Super Bowl, NCAA & NIT tournaments, Final Four and NBA Playoffs. He also strongly advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion, serving on the boards of directors for USA Fencing, the Mental Health Center of Passaic, and the USA Weightlifting DEI Commission.
His leadership blends strategic vision, business acumen, and a passion for sports and community engagement, making him a highly respected figure in the industry and a trusted advisor in sports business and development.
A native of Paterson, NJ, Darryl holds a B.A. in Business Administration/Accounting from William Penn University, where he was a standout two-sport athlete, and an M.S. in Sports Administration from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, graduating at the top of his class; Summa Cum Laude. He received his Honorary Doctorate Degree in HUMANE LETTERS from the prestigous International School of Champions Theologoical Institute.
