I would like to help build the boxes for the food distribution. This involves taping the boxes and stacking them.
Sunday, December 15th after Church Service around 12:30-1:30 pm at Hidden Valley Community Church.
I would like to help pack the food boxes. This involves lifting and bending and carrying cans of food and other items that will go into the food boxes.
Hidden Valley Community Church Wednesday Dec. 18th from 5:30pm-8:00 pm
I would like to help the day of the Event, Saturday December 21st.
Early morning volunteer 6am-10am. This is a behind the scenes ad-hoc/at large position doing everything and anything before the event starts. This is setting up tables and moving the boxes in prep for the event later in the morning.
Be part of the food distribution activates from 9:00-1:00 This involves standing and lifting food boxes and carrying them and placing them into the cars.
Gift organization and distribution the day of the event from 8:30-12:30.
Afternoon volunteer 12:30-3:30. This is a behind the scenes ad-hoc/at large volunteer. Could be delivering items to families and cleaning up.
Support the volunteers. This is driving to pick up food and drinks for the volunteers to keep the team going!
Prayer team. This is praying with the families that request prayer while they are waiting in their car.
