  • The Classes

    Class 1. Through the Looking Glass: a photo featuring reflection(s)     Class 2. Flying High -   featuring movement in nature     Class 3. Down by the Water – a color or monochromatic image showcasing the lakeside and/or wetlands Class 4. This Really Bugs Me! - A close-up or macro image celebrating pollinators pests and or predators in our habitats Class 5. Nitty Gritty – a still life or still image featuring some natural components Class 6. This is Wild!  - a photo of a subject in nature changed by your use of creative techniques. 
  • The Rules

    Any member of a federated garden club in the Central Region's may enter. The photographer by entering this competition agrees that Any image submitted to the competition may be used by the Region to further the mission National Garden Clubs "The NGC mission is to provide education, resources and national networking opportunities to its members, to promote the love of gardening, floral design, civic and environmental responsibility.”
  • The Directions

    Please submit your digital photo on this form by email to arabellasd@aol.com and include your  name, email, garden club address and telephone number on the form.  Please select the class you wish to enter and give each image a title. Your Image file size should be no larger than 5 mb no smaller than 1 mb.   You may only submit  2 images.   The images will be Juried, and  6 images  in each class will be  selected to be the  finalists to be printed by the committee and  displayed at our 2025 Symposium October 28th 2025.
