The purpose of a Member Observation and Suggestion Form is to document for the Tahoe Tramper Board's review and potential action of any observation or suggestion which a member feels is for the betterment of the organization. The Board will analyze the submission and, if necessary, take the requisite action(s) in response. Observations and/or suggestions may, for example, identify potential hazards or other areas of concern. They may also help to improve safety, operation, and efficiency of the organization. If requested by the member, observations and suggestions shall be kept Confidential and will be treated as such by the Tramper Board.
