I voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that are in a way connected with my participation in Event, including any such claims that allege the negligence of Released Parties.I certify that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage that I may cause or suffer while attending or participating in Event, or else I agree to bear the cost of such injury or damage myself or any members of my family, friends, acquaintances, children, pets, or property, arising directly or as a consequence from the activities/events. I further certify that I am willing to assume the risk of any medical or physical condition I may have.By signing this document/form, I acknowledge that I am doing so of my own choice and will. I have not been promised anything to sign this Release and I have had sufficient time and opportunity to read this entire document and ask any and all questions to anyone that I feel is appropriate before signing it. I further understand that by signing, I am waiving my rights to sue the organizers, Cathynia Tan or any Released Parties for the items released above by attending Mahjongg, Tennis, Foodie group, the Financial Business Opportunity Seminar events and all other events. The event information may be subject to change to improve their products and services continuously without prior notice that is ok for me and I follow the same liability release agreement as before changing. I By e-signing this document, I acknowledge that I have read and understood all of the terms of this release and that I am voluntarily giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue the released parties. I hereby grant its organizers and Support Talents and its agents permission to record and to use photographic images, digital images, videotapes or voice recordings of me, in which I may be included in whole or part, and to use my name in connection with these recordings or reproductions, for any lawful purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to use in any print or electronic Support Talents publication or on it’s website, without payment or any other consideration. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and/or approve the finished product or the copy that may be used in connection therewith, or the use to which it may be applied. I further understand and accept that any participants aged 12-17 must have a parent or legal guardian review and agree to all above said provisions and sign on their behalf.
