USATF calulates the age groups based on the age of the athlete on December 31 of the year, so they will fit into an agegroup based on that. Please enter that age in the dropdown below. 

Any athletes who runs post season with Valley United must return back to his/her team in which he/she ran with that year. NO EXCEPTIONS
