Terms and Conditions:

I, the undersigned, authorize Happy Signs to charge my credit card for the Total listed above as per the payment terms noted below. This payment is for the products and/or services listed in the associated estimate.

Payment Terms:

- For Totals $200 or less, the Total listed above will be charged immediately to start the project.

- For Totals over $200, a down payment (50% of the Total listed above) will be charged immediately to start the project, and a hold will be placed on the card for the remaining balance. The remaining balance will be charged upon project completion. Payment is due immediately upon project completion or a 5% late fee will be applied and compounded monthly.

Shipping, installation, and accessories are not included unless specifically stated in the associated estimate. All products are custom-made to approved specifications, and orders are final upon approval. No cancellations, returns, or refunds will be allowed. Turnaround estimates are not guaranteed.
