The contest director or anyone associated with the contest will not be responsible for loss, theft, injury or deaths coming to, during or leaving this event.

Judges Decision is FINAL. All questions should be addressed directly to the contest director Jo Anne Manson. No one is permitted to approach a judge at any time during the contest. "Nova Scotia Regulations" prohibits smoking in the school or on the school grounds. Categories may be canceled and money refunded or entrant moved to next level of advancement if there are not enough entries to warrant category. Set system will be used. If contestant does not show to their lane by the time music starts the category will be closed.

Awards Ceremony will be held after the contest on location in the school All twirlers are to be dressed in a team track suit or twirling suit for awards.
