1- The RCIC (Consultant) agrees to provide immigration consulting services for a one-time session
2- Client Responsibility
Provide any necessary documents.
Ensure all information provided is accurate and truthful.
3- RCIC Professional Responsibility
- Act in the best interests of the Client and provide immigration consulting services with competence, integrity, and diligence.
- Comply with the Code of Professional Ethics established by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC)
- Provide honest, clear advice based on the current immigration laws and policies of IRCC
- Keep the Client informed of any important developments or changes related to theirconsultation.
Maintain the confidentiality of all client information, as outlined in section 5.
4- Fee and payment
The total consulting fee is $100 payable after signing this agreement.
5- Confidentiality
All information shared during the session is confidential and will not be disclosed without the Client's consent, except as required by law or governing bodies.
6- Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding the services provided by the RCIC, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through open and respectful communication.
The Client may submit the complaint in writing to the RCIC and allow 30 days for a response.If the dispute is not resolved, the Client may follow the complaint and discipline procedure outlined by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).

7- Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
