Please note that all food truck applications will undergo an approval process by DBHDD (Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities), Pillars Initiative, and the planning committee. While we review your application, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we curate a diverse and vibrant vendor marketplace that aligns with the festival's mission and values.
Details:
Cost: Free (donation of a dish to accommodate 40 VIP participants)
Setup Requirements: Each food truck space allows for a standard food truck or trailer setup. Please ensure your truck or trailer fits within the designated area.
Application Deadline:
October 21, 2024, or until spaces are filled (first come, first served). ONLY 5-6 food trucks will be allowed to vend at this event. We reserve the right to refuse any application. Please ensure that all food offerings are family-friendly and do not include any drug or alcohol-related items.
Event Date Schedule:
Load-in Time: Between 10 AM and 11:30 AM
Event Time: 1 PM - 5 PM
Breakdown Time: From 5 PM to 7 PM
