Please ensure your design is your original idea. Submissions featuring other artists’ work, copyrighted material, or infringing IP will not be considered. We reserve the right to decline or retract designs that do not align with our brand or quality standards. Please note that we may not select a winner every month if none of the submissions suit our brand. Additionally, submitting an idea does not guarantee that it is entirely unique; if we post a similar design in the future, it may be due to independent creation and not intentional copying. By submitting a design, you agree that there is no additional compensation beyond the stated prize (free sticker or magnet + shop feature) for the winning design, and that Frog Mustard retains all rights to reproduce and sell the winning design in our shop. Frog Mustard reserves the right to make any necessary modifications to the winning design for production, branding, or quality purposes, including removing it from the shop at any time and for any reason.
