Who are we?
Hard Work Works Fitness, LLC (Hard Work Works Fitness) is a personal training and fitness company which specializes in providing one on one, small group personal training, as well as providing nutrition counseling within the Health & Fitness industry.
Types of information we collect and what we do with it
When you create a profile on the Hard Work Works Fitness App, we ask for information such as your name, email address. If you make purchases on the app, we ask for credit card information, billing address, mailing address.
When you communicate with us via e-mail we collect your e-mail address.
We collect other information voluntarily provided to us (such as survey information), birthdate, emergency contact, phone number.
