The 5th China-America Student Conference Chinese Delegation Application

Deadline: March 7th, 9 AM EST - Late applications considered as needed
The 5th China-America Student Conference (ChASC5) seeks a diverse delegation that represents a cross-section of the United States and Chinese student population. Full-time university students, at any level of study, are strongly encouraged to apply. The main conference will be conducted in English and no previous studies with Asia are required. ChASC does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, age, religion, marital status or sexual orientation.

All application materials will remain confidential and can only be seen by members of the ChASC Executive Committee. If you have any questions or concerns, please email chasc@iscdc.org!

ChASC5 will be in (Shanghai, Suzhou, Xi'an, and Beijing, China, from July 5th-23rd, 2025). For more details, please view https://iscdc.org/chasc/.

Should I be accepted but choose not to participate in the conference, I will notify the Executive Committee at chasc@iscdc.org and provide an explanation for my decision.

The Executive Committee will NOT provide individual feedback for applicants due to the constraints of the application process.

If there are questions concerning the application process or concerns regarding anything, I will email chasc@iscdc.org and the Executive Committee will reply to the best of their ability.

Application decisions and waitlists will be finalized in March. Please do not contact the Executive Committee about the reception of materials or application status before this time period.
