However, with so many options to choose from this can be a very overwhelming and frustrating process. Your time is valuable, and I want to respect it. As your professional travel agent, I will do the research and create you a personalized vacation package according your specifications. This inquiry process allows me to work with serious clients only as my time is also valuable. To get started with services, a $30 Research Administration Fee is required. This non-refundable amount is not applied to your trip, it is paid directly to your travel agent, Janaeya McLeod | The Passport Mami, prior to the start of your inquiry research. The Research Administration Fee is valid up to three package quotes for ONE location. If additional destinations are requested, choose that option on the inquiry form below. Once the destination research is done and your package is presented, changes or add-ons can be included in order to perfect your vacation package. These services include but are not limited to: Arranging travel for business and vacation customers, determining customers need and preferences such as schedules and cost, email/text message alerts and/or updates, booking reservations for travel, hotels, excursions and rental cars, informing clients of the intel of their trip, (including giving details on required documents such as passports and/or visas), making alternate booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip. A credit authorization form will be sent to you via email to manage trip payments. If you receive your travel proposal and do not wish to proceed, please contact me at the earliest convenience. If you wish to proceed with the final package proposal, everyone in the party will need to sign the insurance form sent via email BEFORE sending your booking deposit. Travel insurance is non-refundable and is added to the deposit. If you have a roommate, your deposit will not be processed until the full deposit amount is submitted. After the total deposit is made, the reservation itinerary will be sent via email.
