  • The following are the rules and expectations of vendors at the Sandhills Trade Day. By reading and typing your name below you are agreeing to these terms.  

    No refunds will be given for any reason. No exceptions, the market is rain or shine. 

    Set up/check in starts at 8 am sharp. The Address is 6362 FM 1117 Seguin, TX, 78155

    I will send you a message during the week before with your booth #.

    They will be spray painted on the ground, a number within two lines showing the 10x10 area you will have to set up. 
    We do not provide, tables, chairs or any set up items. You will need to furnish your booth space with whatever you need to sell your items. 

    Please be mindful of your neighbors and keep your tent, tables etc within your space. You can play music at a LOW level. If the music is too loud you will be asked to turn it off. 

    We open for sales at 9am.
    All vendor vehicles must be parked behind the store unless other permission is granted. 

    No late arrivals will be permitted to set up once we open for sales.
    Sales are to be kept within the 10x10 area you are assigned. 
    No walking the venue and soliciting. We want all of our customers to enjoy walking around and leisurely shopping, approaching someone to sell outside of the space of your booth isn’t the atmosphere we want to create.

    Payments for booth spaces ($20) must be made in advance through Venmo, Cashapp or Zelle using the paying a friend option. PAYMENTS MADE USING THE GOODS AND SERVICES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE A BOOTH.

    Specific booth space requests are not guaranteed. If you purchase more than 1 space, you will be given spaces that are side by side. 

    The Trade Day hours are 9am-3pm.
    If you agree to be a vendor, you are agreeing that you will stay until 3pm.
    There is a zero tolerance for early departures. There will be no dirivng in the event area until 3:01pm. 

    Tear down can begin after 3:01pm.

    We love that this is a family event for children and fur babies. However we ask that if you bring them with you, they are supervised at all times. No off leash pets and no children without adult supervision.
    There will be lots of customers who bring their fur babies as well, so if your fur baby isn’t well socialized it may be best to not bring them.
    You are responsible for your children and animals, any damage or occurrences will be your responsibility to handle. 


    Unless there is a severe weather event, the Trade Day is rain or shine. The booth fee is nonrefundable or transferable. 
    We do not require tent weights, however there are occasional gusts of wind that are pretty strong. It's smart to have something ancoring down your tent/canopy. Cinder blocks, weights, jugs of water etc.
    You are responsible for making sure your tent, tables etc are all secure. We are not responsible for any damages to your property or the porperty of others caused by you. 


    Ultimately you’ll get out of the Trade Day as much as you’re willing to put in. Which means, the more we all share, promote and help advertise, the better Trade Day we will have.
    I will make photos for FB and social media and flyers that you can print off, take them to your work, your kids school and anywhere that will let you put one up. The more people we have sharing the word, the bigger and better the turn out will be.
