SIGNATURE: While pets are under the care of PAWS, the parties hereto agree as follows:

1. Any additional visits performed shall be paid at the agreed contract rate. All necessary vets Visits, additional food or supplies shall be paid by the client. A 5% late fee will be charged to all accounts past 30 days due.

2. Cancellation policy: Mid-day walks may be canceled 12 hours prior to the day of service. A 72 hour cancellation is required for vacation pet care agreements, to include a 10% penalty. ***Please reserve this cancellation option for emergencies or unexpected changes in plans.

3. PAWS agrees to provide the services stated in this contract in a reliable and trustworthy Manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the client Waives and relinquishes any and all claims against PAWS, and its employees, unless arising from negligence on the part of PAWS or its employees.

4. We ask that if you have nanny cams you will not make use voice recording, please.
