- $21/hour starting wage
- Opportunity to make up to $24/hour
- Two scheduled increases in hourly wage rate each year of continuous employment
- Performance bonus payments twice annually
- Must have high school diploma or GED and be 18+
- Must be proficient in speaking/reading/writing in English

Start the Hiring Process:

You must join us for an in-person hiring session to be considered for the position. Follow the prompts below to attend a hiring session.

During the hiring event you will complete the following:
1. Informational Session: Receive more information about the position of Production Operator and learn about working at BlueOval SK.
2. Pre-employment Assessment: You'll be asked a number of behavioral-based questions, similar to an interview. No preparation required.
