In the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, we understand that many of our members have been significantly impacted. Our community has been deeply affected, and as your chapter, we are here to support you.
The AIGA Asheville Relief Fund has been established to provide direct financial assistance to our members in need. We are offering grants to help you cover immediate personal or professional needs as you work to recover and rebuild. Please complete the form below to apply for relief funds.
We encourage you to be as detailed as possible to help us understand how best to assist you during this time.
Eligibility:
Must be an AIGA Asheville member in good standing.
Must have been directly impacted by Hurricane Helene.
What the Relief Fund Covers:
Immediate living expenses (housing, food, utilities, etc.)
Loss of income due to damage to your workspace, loss of equipment, or inability to work.
Costs related to recovery and rebuilding, including professional tools and materials.
Relief Fund Details:
Grants will be awarded based on need and availability of funds.
We are matching up to $3,000 in donations to distribute among our members.
Each recipient will receive funds via check or electronic transfer. If you require another method of payment please note it below.
The deadline to complete this application by Oct 25th. We will start awarding funds shortly thereafter.
