    There is a vendor fee for the event that must be paid to be considered as a vendor. Once you have filled out this form and been selected as a vendor, you will be sent an invoice. Your space is not secured until your invoice has been paid in full.  Please note, we will not hold any spaces or accept partial payments. 

    Our loyalty program:

    Offers a sweet deal - book and attend five markets with us, and the sixth one is on the house! Once you've enjoyed that sixth market, we'll reimburse you for it. It's our way of saying thanks for your ongoing support and dedication to our markets. Your loyalty means the world to us, and we can't wait to reward you for it.

  • This agreement is to verify your participation in one or more of A-Z Events.

    Vendors are permitted to bring displays and stands. We encourage vendors to be as unique as you please with your display.

    A- Z Events is not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers or patrons are on the event ground. In addition, A-Z Events assumes no liability or responsibility for any effects small business vendor products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects. We strongly recommend having your own liability insurance.

    A-Z Events are voluntary and vendors reserve all rights to their products and services as well as payment received for these products and services.

    Vendors must pay the registration fee before vending space is reserved. 

    Payment shall be made directly through Etransfer.  Please contact event coordinator with payment questions.

    Registration fees are non-refundable. In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, an act of God or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond their respective control, the Vendor Market will be rescheduled for a date to be determined. In the event this event is canceled by A- Z Events this contract is null and void and vendors will receive a full refund.

    Small business vendors are entitled to use the name, likenesses, and other promotional materials provided for the Vendor Markets.
