Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
This position is being created to expand our guest communications team, increasing their capacity as the company grows. We are hiring to strategically prevent the decrease of efficiency or quality of communication with our guests. To offset the growing pains the business is feeling, VAs are taking on more auditing tasks to ensure smooth operations for guests. Below is a brief overview of the responsibilities associated with this position:
- Guest Communications:
Handling all guest communication coming from Hostaway and the dedicated guest services phone line.
- Promptly addressing and resolving any guest issues, such as maintenance issues or access concerns.
- Establish a personal connection with guests upon booking to ensure their needs are met.
- Ensuring a 5-star guest experience from booking to review.
- Problem-solving issues with all available tools, softwares, and resources provided by Conmigo, and escalating items to the internal Conmigo team, as needed.
Operations Assistance:
- Conducting daily audits set by Conmigo Vacation Rentals to ensure all units are ready for guests.
- Communicating with cleaners to verify cleanings will be completed within the dedicated timeframe.
- Performing check-in inspections to ensure homes are ready for guests.
- Assigning outstanding issues and checking to make sure all tasks are assigned.
- Conducting thermostat audits.
- Reviewing daily camera footage to ensure the property is in ready to rent condition.
- Any other task Conmigo Vacation Rentals deems necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
The hours are set for this position for MST as followed below:
M 8am-3pm
W 3pm-10pm
F 8am-3pm
Sat 3pm-10pm
