At Parker's Animal Rescue, we understand that life can sometimes present unforeseen challenges that make it difficult to continue caring for your pet. While surrendering your animal is a significant decision, we are here to provide you with the resources and support you need to make the best choice for your pet.

Owner surrenders are at an all-time high with dogs being euthanized every day in overcrowded shelters. PAR is a foster-based rescue, so we can only take in animals when we have enough fosters to support them.

Filling out this form is not a guarantee that we will accept your pet into PAR's foster program. It is simply so we can evaluate and get to know more about the animal you're attempting to re-home.

Our team may need to assess your pet’s health, behavior, and overall well-being to determine the best course of action. This could include a veterinary check-up and a behavioral evaluation. We also may ask you to provide more info, including any medical records, vaccination history, and a brief history of your pet’s behavior and routine.
