- Format – JPG or PNG
- Dimensions – 640x640 pixels or larger, square ratio

Your display name must match the business name in your organization's Meta Business Manager ID.

To use a different name, you must follow Meta's rules:
- Show both the display name and business name on the website that was submitted in the Meta Business Manager
- Comply with WhatsApp Commerce and Business Policy
- Strictly follows all other display name rules
