This Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of form submission date, by and between:
Glisten With Jac ("GWJ"), with its principal place of business located at 49 Prospect Street, East Orange, NJ 07017, and
Collaborator name submitted in the form ("Collaborator"), located at address specified in the form.
Collectively referred to as "Parties," the Parties agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the sale, commission, and collaborative offering of GWJ products and services:
1. FurBalance Playlist Offering
Product: FurBalance Playlist
Price: $177 (March 2025 Price $222)
Description: The playlist comes with lifetime access and is designed for multiple plays without collaborative work on the project. The playlist requires significant effort and time, and collaboration comes into effect solely through sales and access to offerings as an add-on within the Collaborator's own products or services.
Commission Structure:
Sales reffered by Collaborator: Collaborator will receive 30% commission from all sales made through the Collaborator’s platform via Stripe.
2. Reclaim Your Womb Playlist Offering
Product: Reclaim Your Womb Playlist (RYW)
Price: $222 (March 2025 Price $333)
Description: This playlist is designed for lifetime access, with the ability to play multiple times. The playlist involves no collaborative work in its creation. Collaboration applies strictly to sales and integrating the offering into the Collaborator's product or service packages.
Commission Structure:
Sales through Stripe: GWJ will receive a 30% commission from sales made via Stripe on the Collaborator’s platform.
Sales through Collaborator's App: Collaborator will receive 30% commission from all sales made through the Collaborator’s platform via Stripe.
3. Reclaim Your Glisten Playlist Offering
Product: Reclaim Your Glisten (RYG)
Price: $555
Description: Available exclusively through GWJ. This comprehensive product includes all of Jac’s playlists: Reclaim Your Womb, FurBalance, Reclaim Your Sleep, and any additional sound therapy or audio offerings Jac decides to share.
Commission Structure:
Commission: Collaborator will receive 30% commission from all sales made through the Collaborator’s platform via Stripe.
4. Healer of Healers Guidance
Product: Healer of Healers – Intuitive Guidance
Commission Structure:
3-month enrollment contract: $111 commission.
6-month enrollment contract: $222 commission.
12-month enrollment contract: $555 commission.
5. Reclaimed – Monthly Distant Reiki
Product: Reclaimed – Monthly Distant Reiki Services
Commission Structure:
Self Option: $11 monthly commission.
FurBalance Option: $7.77 monthly commission.
Family Option: $22 monthly commission.
Payment Terms & Commission Payouts
Commissions will be calculated on a monthly basis and will be paid within 7 days of each calendar month’s end. Payments will be made through Stripe.
6. Copyright and Sample Use Permissions
GWJ grants the Collaborator limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to play audio samples from the FurBalance Playlist, Reclaim Your Womb Playlist, Reclaim Your Glisten, or any other relevant offerings to potential clients solely for the purpose of promoting the products and generating sales. These samples may only be played on devices owned or controlled by the Collaborator and must not be shared, distributed, or made accessible on any other device or platform. You must purchase the playlist for personal or business use prior to colabortaing. This ensures you are familiar with and have an understanding of how the playlist supports your clients.
The Collaborator agrees not to provide, upload, or distribute full access to any playlist or audio product beyond these samples, ensuring that access is strictly limited to the Collaborator's device during client demonstrations.
All copyrights to the audio content remain the exclusive property of Glisten With Jac, and any unauthorized distribution or sharing of the playlists will result in immediate termination of this agreement and potential legal action.
The Collaborator acknowledges and agrees to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of the audio products in accordance with this clause.
