Thank you for your interest in donating your product/service towards our Community Wellness Day Event. We're asking if you can please donate a product with a value of $50 or more. Your donation will be entered into a raffle during our event. Their will be one lucky winner who will have the opportunity to receive this item. (make sure to leave your business card inside)

Please feel free to wrap your product(s) in a beautful gift basket so we can just hand it right to the winner!
