I agree to release and hold harmless HOMETOWN BARREL SQUAD, LLC, sponsors, arena owners, and any person connected with HOMETOWN BARREL SQUAD, LLC, produced and endorsed shows from losses, damages, injuries to myself, my animals and my equipment in my attendance or participation in any HOMETOWN BARREL SQUAD shows.
With my signature below I agree to provide my tax information in the event I accumulate earnings above the non-taxable threshold as required by law. Failure to do so I understand Hometown Barrel Squad, LLC reserves the right to withhold additional earnings.
