Parent Volunteer Commitment

Every family is required to sign up for a committee and supervise 3 rehearsals during the production of the show. Only returning families have the option to buy out of Supervision or Committee. It is a $100 fee charge to opt out of Supervision and $150 fee for Committee. Rehearsals are Mondays, Thursday from 6-9pm and Saturdays from 9-2pm. There will be a Sign-Up Genius posted on January 27th for Rehearsal Supervision. We will verify participation. Committees available for sign up below. Production Fees

Fees pay for all production costs and instruction associated with this show. Your cast member will also receive a show t-shirt, YouTube link to show, and Strike Party Meal. Production Fees are $470, per Cast Member. Cash or Check only payments receive a $20 discount, and you have the option to pay in 3 smaller payments that are due on Jan 27th, March 6th, and May 5th for $150 each, plus any optional add-ons. (Paying by Credit Card is not eligible for the discount and payment plan.).
Ticket Commitment

Every cast member is required to sell at least 10 tickets. Minimum of 20 tickets per family with more than one cast member. If this requirement is not met we will add these ticket sales to your invoice. Tickets sell for $20 each, BUT we offer a cast discount of $5 per ticket. Your ticket commitment is $150.00 (10 @ $15.00 each). No up front cost to cast member. A discount ticket code will be provided for every family to share with friends and family members. Your account will be credited for every online ticket sale uses that code. A prize for most tickets sold by a cast member will be awarded at the strike party.
