GIVEN TO WHOEVER NEEDS IT NEXT. DO NOT LOCK IN SCHOOL AS WE NEED IT TO UNLOCK THE DOORS FOR HOLIDAY CLUB.
Site bag with the tablet, walkies, chargers, and first aid is kept in the snack cupboard room hanging up. During the session this will be brought out and kept by the speaker/on the shift leader and taken outside when kids play outside.
Everything snack related is kept in the cupboard room with the fridge. Must lock up the knife after use and put it back in the cupboard. Children are NOT allowed in this
Snack can be prepared in the school's kitchen. MUST BE LEFT AS CLEAN AS
Resources are kept in the wardrobe next to the snack storage room. Kids are NOT allowed to go in the cupboard. Adults will prepare activities and get out any reasonable requests.
Other resources are kept in the PE cupboard in the hall. The key for the cupboard is found hanging on the left hand side as you walk into the office.
Parents will ring the tablet to let you know they are here to pick up. You will need to let them in using the gate clicker fund on the office desk. KEEP THE CLICKER SAFE
THROUGHOUT THE SESSION AND RETURN AT THE END.
Do not touch the PTA freezer in the hall. Make sure children are aware not to touch
DO NOT use the fire escape doors. They must be closed at all times unless for a fire.
On fridays, school ends at 3.00pm NOT 3.30pm
Medication is to be locked in the storage room (where the fridge and food is kept) and returned to the office at the end of the session.
