Walkies, tablet, speaker and chargers for all electrical equipment are to be locked in the grey cabinet. The keys are on the hook above the music cupboard.
Medication is kept in the locked grey cabinet and returned to the office after session.
Site bag is kept on top of the grey cabinet with a first aid kit in it. (spare first aid is found on top of the white cubby holes)
All things snack related are kept in the kitchen cupboards/crates (apart from fridge food) and to be transported to and from the kitchen using a grey fold away box.
Children are only to use the disabled toilets in the infants side of the school. The barrier must be put up in the reception/office area so that children do not go past the hall/into the juniors side of the school.
Key for outdoor bins is hanging up on the left hand wall as you walk in. They are located outside at the end of the juniors corridor. Bins to be changed AT LEAST every friday.
Set up includes a craft table, snack tables, quiet area with teddies, books and small world and construction toys, a den building area and space to run around.
Monday, Tuesday and Friday: Two members of staff to pick up the infants, and one member of staff to collect the juniors. Year 5 and 6 will walk down by themselves BUT will join the super pirate collecting the rest of the juniors so they are not left alone. Once children arrive, they put bags in cubby holes, and sit at a table. A group at a time wash hands, get snacks, and go back to the table (juniors can then take their snack in the ICT suite, with an adult, if not all children fit in the main music room) children to wash their own plates Once all children have snack, do the register. Open the outside doors and split the play between inside and outside. The staff member on sign out is to stay inside. The computer room can be used instead of outside if it is raining. Children are ONLY allowed on the website scratch and for 20 mins. Group tidy up at latest 5:30
